Crosstown at 18: Five Locations, One Studio.

August 2026 marks 18 years of Crosstown Studios.

To celebrate the occasion, I took a road trip around Liverpool to visit the five locations Crosstown has called home since it began back in 2008.

What started as a small recording space has moved, changed and grown over the years, but the idea behind Crosstown has always remained the same: creating a space for people to make great music.

The film looks back at the journey so far, revisiting the places that have played a part in Crosstown's story and reflecting on some of the people and music that have passed through its doors along the way.

Five locations. One studio. Eighteen years of making music.

A big thanks to Ryan Mallows for shooting the film with me, and to everyone who has called Crosstown home over the years.
